Wrap the unused goods well, attach the invoice (delivery note) where you write the account number for a refund or you can fill out the attached sample form for withdrawing from the contract.
You will find out whether we have received the goods according to the shipment number on the delivery slip. You will receive information about the processing in the form of an email with an attached credit note according to the legal deadline within 14 days at the latest.
The money will be returned by transfer to the account or, when paying by card, back to the account from which the payment was made, no later than 14 days after receiving the goods .
