Modal

Modal is environmentaly friendly. It is made from beechwood, a sustainable source of material where threes propagate by themselves. Lenzing Modal fibres are certified as biodegradable and compostable. Using Innovative Edelweiss technology, Modal is CO2 neutral. Edelweiss Technology is an “energy self-sufficient” and environmentally friendly manufacturing process. It is also inherently soft, with low fiber rigidity, high strength and optimum evenness, presenting good pilling perfomance and high water absorbecy, while it is free of foreign fibers.
