For this year's autumn and winter Rafiki collection we have prepared a lot of brand new pieces from our workshop. We're really excited about this collection and we're delighted that the initial feedback from our ambassadors and team has been positive too. The new jackets, sweatshirts and trousers are complemented by tried and tested designs such as stylish flannel shirts and corduroy trousers.
Rafiki clothing and accessories are designed and tested by climbers for climbers. The brand is there for everyone who enjoys climbing and sees the world in a similar way. You can take a look at our entire collection on our e-shop or at our brick-and-mortar retailers and at climbing walls.
Now you can find two types of insulated jackets in our offer. Together with the climbers from the Rafiki team, we have designed and prepared a really warm climbing down jacket with a 650 fill power. The women's jacket is called Morena and the men's one is Fuego. These down jackets are complemented by sporty, close-fitting Glen a Nevis down jackets with DuPont Sorona EKO fill.
You will find a use for our jackets all year round. Each is suitable for something different. The thicker one is a classic "frost crusher" and the thinner one in a sporty cut is suitable for more active movement. So where will you hit the rocks over the winter?
For autumn and winter climbing, it isn't such a problem to get properly dressed from the waist up but any climber who has belayed her partner in winter knows that keeping her legs warm while doing so is no easy feat.
For the ladies, we've put together an insulated climbing skirt with the environmentally sustainable DuPont Sorona fill, a definitely practical and stylish piece and a must-have for every climber. It's a great complement to our jackets and sweatshirts.
A T-shirt made of corn? Why not. Vipera and Pitone are long-sleeved climbing T-shirts made from the DuPont Sorona Agile corn fiber that replaces elastane. The T-shirts stand out with their attractive colour scheme on the sleeves and are also made from environmentally sustainable material.
It's definitely a T-shirt that's great for warm-ups and outdoor climbing.
We come again with "kangaroo-pocket" hoodies to the collection, this time with an extra zip pocket, and we've added really warm and cosy "furry" hoodies. The Hulk and Tarifa ones are so cosy you won't want to take them off. You'll love them for chilly autumn climbing days outdoors, or when you're cold on the wall.
Our trouser collection is complemented by the unisex Cerro and Torre jeans, the thicker and more durable Rodellar cotton trousers for guys and then the Rafiki style climbing sweatpants, which you'll love for the city, getting comfy-cozy at home and, of course, climbing. Our men's Virage flannel shirts, which we introduced last year, or the popular Ledge corduroys in several colours complete the collection.
For climbing on the walls or in the warmth of the south, you'll also love other pieces in the Rafiki collection that was launched this spring and summer. The range is really wide and we've got kids in mind too. Among this year's new products we must highlight the slim and stretchy Crimp and Chain jeans, which our ambassadors have tested in their travels to conquer some 9a routes! They look great and definitely won't restrict your movement. The thin Traverse and Estrella organic cotton sweatshirts are also great. For autumn bouldering, our men's and women's shorts and trousers are proven classics.
Stay on top of things with Rafiki and share your climbing experiences with us.
